Sucker punch.

It took me a fair while, but i have finally decided to dedicate this blog to reviews and anything else that takes my interest. The other day me and my lady friend when to watch Sucker Punch. "great!" i thought, fit women flipping around with guns, what more could a boy ask for? Oh how wrong i was.

The story follows Baby Doll (Emily Browning) who is sent to a mental institution by her step father. Apparently in those days you didn't need to be checked out by a doctor to go into a nut home. You just have to tick a few boxes and the person who's name is on the form is officially crazy. With the blink of an eye the mental house is now a brothel. Crazy right...? WRONG! This whore house is crawling with clunge. The girls are made to dance to entertain their boss Blue (Oscar Isaac) and his customers. But when Baby Doll dances people cannot help but keep their eyes fixed on her, the thing is you never get to see her dance at all, when she dances the scene switches to Baby Doll and her lady crew Sweet Pea (Abbie Cornish), Rocket (Jena Malone), Blondie (Vanessa Hudgens) and Amber (Jamie Chung) in Baby Dolls imagination where they must find 5 thing that will help them all escape this mental house/brothel. They do this by fighting Nazi monsters in imagination land but in real time people are just dancing. Confused? You and me both.

The film is not all bad though, there is allot of eye candy, plenty of action and more prostitutes than you would know what to do with. I am still rather puzzled as to what actually happens in the film so if any one can help put my mind at rest please get in touch. Over all i would have to give this film a 5 out of 10 because the story doesn't really make sense but that is made up for with action and loverly lady's.

Thank you for reading, please get in touch and leave feedback to help me improve my reviewing and blogging. Thank you.
